Prior to surgery, I had severe sciatica down my left leg & severe lower back pain. I could say that my sciatica pain was relieved immediately after surgery and eventually mostly all the pain & stiffness were relieved as well. I was able to resume basically all physical activities like lifting weights, play football, ski & hockey. I feel like I'm in my 20s again.
